Furniture Buying & Delivery FAQ | JD Furniture

Answers to common questions about buying furniture from JD Furniture, including product condition, measurements, delivery, collection and clearance stock.

Where is JD Furniture based?

JD Furniture is based in Birmingham. Customers can also order online for delivery to eligible UK addresses. See our Birmingham furniture page and Contact Us page for current local information.

Do you deliver furniture across the UK?

We deliver eligible products to many UK addresses. Delivery availability, charges and exclusions depend on the item, parcel size and postcode. Check our Delivery Information and the individual product page before ordering.

What does B-grade furniture mean?

B-grade can describe condition-specific stock such as customer returns, items with cosmetic marks, packaging damage or other imperfections. The exact condition varies by product, so read the listing carefully and review all available photographs. See our B-grade furniture guide.

How do I know if furniture will fit?

Check the overall product dimensions and measure the room, doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts on the delivery route. Our furniture measuring guide explains what to check.

Can I check stock online?

Yes. Product pages show current availability where supplied by our stock system. Because stock can change, the website is the best place to check before ordering.

Do you sell clearance furniture?

Yes. Browse our Clearance collection for current reduced-price and condition-specific stock.

Can I collect furniture?

Collection availability depends on the item and current operating arrangements. Contact JD Furniture before travelling if you need collection or visitor information.

Which furniture categories do you sell?

Our catalogue includes beds, bedside tables, chests of drawers, wardrobes, cabinets, TV units, desks, chairs, sofas, shelving, garden furniture and other home products. Browse by room or use the site search to find a specific product type.
