Delivery services

The delivery service depends on the product, parcel size and destination. Check the Delivery Information on the individual product page before ordering.

  • SGK Distribution: estimated delivery in 3–7 working days for products assigned to this service.
  • DPD or DHL: a 24-hour courier service may be used for eligible parcels. This describes the courier service after dispatch; it is not a guarantee of delivery within 24 hours of placing an order.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Dispatch arrangements and delivery estimates can vary by item. Contact us before purchasing if you need delivery by a particular date.

Delivery coverage and postcode charges

Delivery is available only to eligible addresses. Some postcodes attract additional charges, and some locations cannot be served by the delivery service assigned to a product. Read the product-specific postcode exclusions and surcharges before checkout.

The current checkout includes a £15 surcharge for supported Scottish mainland destinations. SGK exclusions include DD, PH, KA, PA and IV postcodes, the Scottish Highlands and islands. Other surcharge areas include EX, PL, SA, TR and TQ; the charge applicable to your item is stated in its Delivery Information. Do not assume that every carrier serves the same areas or charges the same amount.

Enter your full delivery address at checkout and review the delivery option and total before paying. If the product information and checkout do not agree, or no suitable delivery option is offered, please contact us before placing the order.

Receiving your order

Follow the delivery arrangements supplied by the carrier. For an agreed delivery slot, contact the carrier promptly if you cannot be available. Check the item listing for parcel count, assembly and access requirements.
