Please read our delivery policy before purchase. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or the Scottish Highlands. A £15 surcharge per order applies to EX, PL, SY23-24, SA34, SA41-47, SA61-73, LL35-40, LL42-49, LL51-54, LL58-78, and a £30 surcharge applies to TR. In Scotland, a £15 surcharge applies except in excluded areas, and we do not deliver to postcodes DD, PH, KA, PA, IV, DG8-9, PA20-80. This is a door-to-door delivery service; if a delivery time slot is missed, a charge may be deducted from your refund or redelivery cost.
We understand your concern about cosmetic defects. Please note that while our items are unused, they may be repackaged and rechecked for quality before dispatch. This means some items may not arrive in original sealed packaging. Cosmetic imperfections such as small chips, scratches, or marks can occasionally occur during manufacturing or transit. We do not keep photographic records of these. However, all items are inspected to ensure they are fully functional and structurally sound. If any parts are missing or the item is faulty, we will provide replacement parts or arrange a free return and full refund if needed.
