Take your home weight training routine to the next level with this Pro Fitness folding bench. It means you can train with weights in comfort and convenience as you build your strength at home. With a two position back pad adjustment you can isolate and develop all areas of your pectorals and the adjustable height bar catches put your body in an ideal position through the bench press workout. The set includes 50kgs weight sets and the bench folds to save storage space when you're finished. The 50kg weights set allows progression as you get stronger, and you can use the bench as it comes or take the barbell and dumbbells off and use them for standing freeweight exercises. The set includes a 168cm standard bar and 2 x 10kg, 4 x 5kg and 4 x2.5kg weight plates so you can progress at your own pace.
