Delivery Terms & Conditions

Missed delivery: This is a door-to-door delivery service. If you accept a delivery time slot and the delivery attempt fails, £15 may be deducted from your refund or redelivery cost. For surcharge postcodes, the deduction may be £30.

If you cannot accept delivery, please reply directly to SGK Distributions using the email they send you. Delivery cannot be cancelled or rescheduled on the day of delivery because the driver usually leaves with parcels early in the morning.

Our Buster rug has been designed by Margo Selby, an award-winning British artist and textile designer. It features a colourful interlocking stripe to create a vibrant and uplifting textural pattern. This signature print takes its name from Margo's grandpa, Buster, a pattern cutter on Saville Row.
