It has a small compact footprint which means you can leave it out and it doesn't take up too much space, however if you do want to foldaway this can be done in seconds and can be easily stored. The thing I love about this bike is it has so many more added features - not only does it have a comfortable back rest but it has resistance bands which allow me to do multiple exercises, exercising different muscle groups.
