Delivery Terms & Conditions

Missed delivery: This is a door-to-door delivery service. If you accept a delivery time slot and the delivery attempt fails, £15 may be deducted from your refund or redelivery cost. For surcharge postcodes, the deduction may be £30.

If you cannot accept delivery, please reply directly to SGK Distributions using the email they send you. Delivery cannot be cancelled or rescheduled on the day of delivery because the driver usually leaves with parcels early in the morning.

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item has been assembled, used, damaged, or shows significant wear, a deduction may apply.

Faulty or Damaged Items

For faulty or damaged items, we will provide replacement parts where possible, or arrange a free collection and full refund. We may ask for photos of the issue so our quality control team can investigate.
