Delivery Information
The Vileda Supadry Hoist allows easy raising and lowering of the lines by turning the handle, so you can load your washing at a height suited to you. The dryer is manufactured from steel and fully painted for durability and rust prevention. A ground socket is included and should be installed into the ground with concrete to ensure the stability of the dryer when erected. The dryer can be removed from the socket when not in use to free up garden space.

We understand your concern about cosmetic defects. Please note that while our items are unused, they may be repackaged and rechecked for quality before dispatch. This means some items may not arrive in original sealed packaging. Cosmetic imperfections such as small chips, scratches, or marks can occasionally occur during manufacturing or transit. We do not keep photographic records of these. However, all items are inspected to ensure they are fully functional and structurally sound. If any parts are missing or the item is faulty, we will provide replacement parts or arrange a free return and full refund if needed.
