England and Wales:
£ 15 surcharge per order for postcodes: EX, PL, SA.
£ 30 surcharge per order for postcodes TR, TQ.

Scotland:
£ 15 surcharge per order for all Scottish postcodes, except the exclusions below.
We don't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and postcodes DD, PH, KA, PA, IV.

Please note: this is a Door-To-Door delivery service. If you have accepted a specific time slot and the delivery attempt fails, a deduction of £ 15 (£ 30 for postcodes with surcharge) will be made from the refund if you decide to cancel the order or arrange a re-delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, please reply directly to the courier at the email address you will receive from them. Deliveries cannot be cancelled or rescheduled on the day of delivery, as the driver usually leaves with your parcel early in the morning.
