If the item has been assembled or shows signs of use, a deduction may be applied to your refund. We're here to assist you if you've received a faulty item. We'll promptly provide replacement parts or a full replacement to resolve the issue, or arrange a free collection and a full refund. We may request photos of the damage or fault for our Quality Control team to investigate further. Please ensure the item is carefully inspected for any damage before assembly. If damage is reported after assembly, and the item is no longer in its original condition, this may affect eligibility for return or refund.
